• Supporting the service team in attending to our guests.
• Ensuring an outstanding guest experience through excellent service.
• Assisting in the preparation and execution of service processes.
• Close collaboration with the kitchen and service team to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
• Support in planning and executing events and special culinary occasions.

• Completed training in the hospitality industry or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in the service sector.
• Excellent communication skills and an outstanding understanding of service.
• Passion for high-quality service and hospitality.
• Fluent in German and Italian; additional language skills are a plus.
