Check-out is by 11:00 on the day of departure. Guests can continue to use Terme Merano after check-out.

Each room is individually designed. We’re happy to note your preferences for a particular room type; however, we cannot guarantee a specific room number or floor.

The Terme Merano underground parking garage is located within walking distance of the hotel, and our guests can park there at a reduced rate. Payment is made directly upon departure at Hotel Aurora. Detailed information on directions and parking is available on our Directions page.
Aurora is located in a traffic-calmed zone in the center of Merano. To access the area, you will need to provide your license plate number in advance. For full details on arrival, access, and parking, please visit our Directions page.
Cancellations are fee-free up to 48 hours prior to arrival. For cancellations made within 48 hours as well as in the case of no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures, the full cost of the booked stay will be charged. Exceptions may apply during certain periods, such as New Year’s Eve.
Yes – please let us know at the time of booking, as only selected rooms are designated for pets. A fee of €20 per pet per day (excluding meals) applies. Kindly note that pets are not permitted in the dining room.
